The All Seeing Eye

Exhibition from October 12 to December 17th, 2005, Wednesday to Saturday , 2pm – 7pm
To inaugurate Cosmic Galerie's new space, Claudia CARGNEL and Frédéric BUGADA have the pleasure to present The All Seeing Eye, a new project by conceptual artist Pierre BISMUTH and filmmaker Michel GONDRY, after their successful collaboration for the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, for which they won the 2005 Academy Award for best original screenplay.
Based on a revolving camera recording, or more accurately absorbing the reality it catches, rendered via a spectacular videoprojection system spinning around the exhibition space, this new work deepens and transfers in 3 dimensions the reflexion on memory and its erasure already at play in Eternal Sunshine.
