The two videos show squats in Oslo and Berlin which the artist hsa painted white without the squatters’ consent. Here he applies their own ideology of ownership and protest in order to trespas their cultural territory, thereby making an attempt to undermine the squats by transforming their aesthetics. The two works address the ownership of culture and aesthetics in a symbolic way but also physically and directly, without applying a hegemonic approach.
