Sprada Art Award At Kunstmuseum Stuttgart

In 2013 the art award »Cube« established jointly by the Sparda Bank Baden-Württemberg and the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart will be offered for the first time. With this prize an outstanding achievement in the area of the visual arts is recognized. The »Cube. Sparda Art Award at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart« will be presented biennially to an artist who is connected to the state of Baden-Württemberg. This year’s jury has chosen three artists, Thomas Locher, Katrin Mayer, and Alexander Roob, who will exhibit their works in the Kunstmuseum. On 7 June another jury will select the prizewinner from among the nominated artists, and honor him or her with 20,000 euros.
