The exhibition of works by the well-known Danish artist Per Kirkeby (*1938 in Kopenhagen) includes selected bronzes and a plethora of drypoint etchings from the early 1960s right up to the present day, complemented by small-format woodcuts from Kirkeby’s early days as an artist that have recently come to light. The show aims at rendering the pronounced lyrical aspect of the Dane’s art visible as perceived in the most varied of media.
