My Identity as ArtistAs a result of all this went on in the west, personality became very important and although these persons are very homogenized they keep themselves and their private area as something more important than others.
I see artists as ordinary people. I find even the “ordinary”, ordinary people to much self-centered and self-important. But especially artists, who try to make out of their name a logo.
My answer is an impersonal esthetic that I use in my work. I either reduce and minimalise it or use the esthetic of the others.
Make charts, statistical images or homogenized lists and tables.
Democracy is not inflation of personality. But maybe persons...
Contents of works
I chose my subjects among my researches on economic, social and private life and also scientific and political discussions.
My medium and also esthetic (but under some limits) are selected by every project itself. For me the term "artist" is free from the media. I mostly work with photography, graphic, video, animation, installation and objects.
I let my work stay open to be effected also from the other sources than art. For example the way science and statistic use its visual material.
