Music, pop, pop-music, their styles, codes and gestures have been important themes and provided significant reference points for artists since at least the 1960s.
The theme will be addressed in drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, video and text. A selection of existing and new works will be brought together, as well as pieces made in situ for the exhibition.

Diese Ausstellung spürt den Wechselverhältnissen und Widersprüchen, Anhaltspunkten und Übersprungshandlungen zwischen Pop, Musik und Kunst nach und durchschreitet dabei das Sujet in Zeichnung, Malerei, Skulptur, Fotografie, Video und Text. Die Auswahl bringt bestehende, neue und für die Ausstellung in situ geschaffene Werke zusammen.
