In this exhibition we will focus on the artist's use and reflection on the notion of “brands” which on a second degree gives us a possible lecture on important institutions in our contemporary society, in America and world wide.The exhibition will be divided into three main categories: America, Modernism and Fashion. Each category includes known brands that nowadays have a global impact. The exhibition is organized in close collaboration with the artist. The curators for the exhibition are Gunnar B. Kvaran, Grete Årbu and Hanne Beate Ueland.
