We do not participate in marketing surveys and commercial exchange, we respect your privacy and expect you to be respectful and responsible when using our publishing platform too.

User pages are not publicly visible and can be edited or deleted at any time by the users or our team.

Content is based on a selection of artists, authors and venues. This selection is not representative and highly subjective. Further services for artists and galleries are available by invitation only. Listed art professionals and venues can publish content and update their information in the login-area. The membership is completely free and can be edited or cancelled at any time by both sides. Artists and authors are responsible for their materials. We keep the right to make a selection of the published information, to administrate and delete single materials or accounts. Profiles can be temporary or permanently deactivated upon an editorial decision without notice. Registering at Artmap means that you have accepted our terms and conditions. Informal or legal disputes against decisions of the editorial board are excluded. 


In order to protect intellectual property rights we seek to obtain assurances from artists and authors, institutions, galleries and their representatives, displaying images on or providing information to this website, that their materials do not infringe any third party's rights. In certain circumstances we have the right to terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any third party proprietary rights, whether on a single instance or repeatedly.
