The Chantal Crousel Gallery is pleased to host Clément Rodzielski’s second exhibition, after his 2011 exhibition at la Douane.

Ici Charlot Numéro 10 (Here Charlot Number 10)

Before one can even imagine how they might be used, work begins at invervals on all the aluminum plates together. Two effects achieved: reflections and arabesques.

Canifs je chante je dévisse (Knives I sing I unscrew)

Truncated necklace displays (originally items for displaying items); sliced twice, so that here the image appears, revealing itself.

Massifs errantes créatrices (Imposing roaming creative)

On the red carpet: role-play, detail, brawls... Above all, a new background has swept away the original advertising dislpay. Bodies and portraits no long suffice unto anything but themselves. Floating world rather than trading genres.

Fonds bustes films: quatre, cinq, six (Backgrounds busts films: four, five, six)

Inventories, additions... (rue de la Roquette in Paris) to be printed on fabric and refined (refined = interrupted transfer).
