Tre autoritratti e un paesaggio
13 January - 19 February, 2011
“Un istante dopo is not only the name of his favourite cocktail, it is also the moment in which his soul, his spirit, leaves the Earth to become dispersed in an entropic and anti-gravitational way; it is also a place, since he, as animals do, chooses a precise place in which to die and this black triangle is his last abode on this Earth until the day of his reappearance, his resurrection - Un istante dopo (liscio o con una scorza d'arancia).
I wish that the protagonist of this exhibition were not myself but him, when he gets into the part of the movements of the stars - Autoritratto come eclissi di sole - when he shows the landscape he loves - Paesaggio - when he dies and when instead he wakes in the morning in a good mood and then decides to present himself to the world green and round, accompanied by the freshness of mint - Autoritratto con menta.
I wish they would speak only of him and not of me”
