The relationship between language, performance and sculpture is an essential element of Yael Davids ́ artistic practice. To this end, she is constantly developing collaborative formats. In her current project “A Line – Working, Weaving” she works with students from Michaela Melián ́s class, exploring the textures of scripts, fabrics and weavings. At the end of the cooperative workshop week there will be a public presentation and a performance on 15.11. The presentation will be open to public until 27.11 and ends with our filmprogramme "Cinema at the Kunstverein" at 7 pm.
Yael Davids, born in Kibbutz Tzuba (Israel), lives and works in Amsterdam.
