Artist Bob and Roberta Smith rescues part of the new Olympic development plot which is being built on a disused ex-industrial space, known as a brownfield site. By adorning his car and trailer with brownfield plants, Bob and Roberta and friends provide a safe haven for the insect ecology of the Olympic site.‘I want to make it visually interesting to humans and useful to insects or useful to humans and visually interesting to insects.’ (Bob and Roberta Smith)
