"Insistere"

This is the first collaborative exhibition of Sabine Reinfeld and Ulf Aminde. They started working together, when both of them performed in Seestücke (three dramatic fragments of Friedrich Schiller) in the Voksbühne this season. The show at Invaliden1 will extend the question about the concept of urgency (Dringlichkeit), which they first challenged at the Volksbühne, in the form of an exhibition. The gallery space will be framed performatively for the opening and three further dates, as it will be transformed into a stage. In doing so the artists blend the reflexive space of the gallery into an energetic field between actor and viewer. (What if they don ́t just do it, but really mean it as well?
