In his career to date, Yamamoto Atsushi (b. 1980) has made incredible 174 films, from documentaries to works of fiction and experimental comedy skit-like shorts.
For this exhibition, his early short films and a recent full-length feature are assembled. Yamamoto seemingly attempts to engage with the realities that confront him by making art, but the sheer honesty with which he does it will resonate with many.
