UNIQA Tower curated by mumok

In fall 2014, mumok and our partner UNIQA will begin the new series Art at UNIQA Tower, where we are inviting young artists from the Academy of Fine Arts to place their works on the illuminated facade of the UNIQA insurance building at the Danube Canal in Vienna’s 2nd district.
This art project in public space kicks off with two works that were selected in an internal competition in the Art and Digital Media class run by Prof. Constanze Ruhm. For three weeks starting November 11, after dark the work END NEW by Marie Klein and Julia Novacek will be showing, and from February 2015 Antoinette Zwirchmayr will present her film work Schliere im Auge (Streak in the Eye) in an adaptation for the UNIQA Tower.
