We are pleased to announce “spot°light”, a focus on promising young artists whose work is staged concurrently to our
regular exhibitions.
In our first “spot°light” we present two works by Florian Neufeldt. Florian Neufeldt, born 1976 in Bonn, studied sociology, philosophy, history at the universities of Cologne and Berlin as well as sculpture at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (class of Tony Cragg). Neufeldt’s installative works attracted a great deal of attention in the course of the exhibition project “Circus Hein” in Orléans, France (2009/2010). In 2010 Neufeldt was awarded the "Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris" grant. Neufeldt lives in Berlin.
