Gallery SIDE 2 is pleased to announce the new exhibition "In My Room" by Udomsak Krisanamis.
Born in 1966, Thailand, Udomsak Krisanamis has studied art in Chicago, and started working in New York as an artist since mid of 1990's. He applied improvised factor of music to his works, and showed abstract painting, which consists of Thai noodle or newspaper as collage at galleries and museums in many countries.
Recently, he has moved to Chiang Mai in Thailand, and challenged a painting with pattern of crossed zero and lines, and zero or lotus patterned lightings. This exhibition will be full of poetic and musical elements.
Also, Udomsak Krisanamis will participate in 'Art and Music - Search for New Synesthesia' at Musuem of Contemporary Art, Tokyo, from 27 October to 3 February.
