GET THE MESSAGE
Artists & Schools

This ongoing project working with young people with learning disabilities presents an exhibition of new and original artwork at Camden Arts Centre from 22 March. Led by artists Natasha Kidd, Jo Addison and Raine Smith, 'Get the Message' is designed to develop communication, self-expression and creative skills. Get the Message has fostered visual literacy thinking, offering imaginative ways to understand and connect with the world. The exhibition and project aims to challenge public perceptions regarding the creative potential and artistic skill of people with multiple learning and physical disabilities. In partnership with young people and teachers from Hay Lane, The Bridge and Swiss Cottage schools. On 28 March at 7.00pm join a discussion with the artists and partners.
