Coinciding with the presentation of the World Press Photo 2012 exhibition and the show, at Can Sisteré in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, of photographs of the Arab Spring by Samuel Aranda, the CCCB presents “Samuel Aranda # After the Spring
The installation presents eight photographs by Samuel Aranda dialogue in a network within the exhibition space, with bloggers and journalists of the new generations, agents of change in such countries, coordinated by reporter Mayte Carrasco: “We have to go back to the countries where we travelled for months, where there were people waving Kalashnikovs, shouting and firing, to document what is going on now.”
