REPRESENTATION, ALLURE, ROUTINE
Anke Dyes & Inka Meißner
Starting from a dance related position from the 1970s and a recent work relationship, Inka Meißner and Anke Dyes are performing a dance which is called Attempt at feminist art. Adapted movements without any point of culmination are contrasting the stream of visitors during a consumer trade fair. Surfaces, clothes and gestures are to be interpreted as performative set. Their allure and at the same time their dullness are building the opposing poles for an engagement with every-day performance and performativity.
During the opening on April, 25, 2008,
7pm: performance "Delineation and Evian"
