In my characteristic labour-intensive fashion, and also enlisting a number of digital processes, I explore various ephemeral natural phenomena in this body of work. The two- and three-dimensional works, in a variety of media, evidence my ongoing interest in design, pattern and process. While the resulting works are largely regular and repetitive, they attempt to engage the senses in a way which recalls the experience of the natural phenomena from which they are derived.
