A MONUMENT TO RADICAL MOMENTS

A project by Carles Guerra exclusively devoted to the year 1979, which will centre on an analysis of its artistic, cultural and political context or a review of key events that were to intervene decisively within the political, cultural and above all artistic panorama of the following years.
1979 represented the take-off of a new economic model based on free trade via the Anglo-American agreement signed by Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. The project presents the consequences of this new paradigmatic change in global economic management on new models of cultural and artistic production.
