Auditing the Creative Process”, which is the first exhibition by the great Catalan chef in Madrid, the largest ever devoted to his work, and the first to explore creative processes.

The cuisine served at his elBulli restaurant represented a revolutionary change of paradigm, which is now on display in the form of an array of notes, sketches, dishes and utensils.
